Do you guys clean up blood?

I received a phone call last week and the voice on the other end asked if I could clean up blood.  There were so many things running through my head at the moment, but I reluctantly asked..."Who's blood is it?"  I realize that this may not have been the most professional question to ask, but it is what came out first.  The customer said, "Oh we had a fight at(a local bar that shall remain nameless)."  I said I would come by to take a look.  At the time of inspection, They had already applied some sort of disinfectant and attempted to clean it themselves which made it more likely that I would take the job.  I told them that due to the extremely soiled nature of the carpet, that I would suggest that they clean the whole thing, or else end up with a clean spot.  They accepted my offer to clean it, and here is the proof!

This is obviously a "Before-cleaned" picture, and I do not know how much of it is blood, or if it is blood at all.

Didn't come out perfect, but it sure made a heck of an improvement.

This spot for sure is where they had attempted to clean up some blood.

The black spots are burn marks. If I had two more hands, I would have made a video of the color of the water as it came out.

The bottom line is this...  If you do get into a fight, and you bleed onto your carpet, call us, we know how to get it out.  This carpet cleaning performance was completed in Alpine, Wyoming.
