This post is about another rental unit carpet job. I received a phone call from a new client in Wilson, WY and the lady on the other end of the line had the sweetest voice. She asked what our pricing was and we don't like to give a flat price because every job is different. I like to see it, give a good recommendations and let the client decide what they want to do. This client had a massage therapy business that she ran out of her condo. You can see where the massage table was in this before shot. The black area is massage oil, and dirt and who knows how much time that had been ground into this berber carpet. I took one look at it and almost said no thanks, but I wanted to give it a shot to put it on my blog, so here is the rest of the story.

I could hardly believe it myself. It is amazing what serious alkaline, and massive in-your-face steam can do for berber carpet. The client was thrilled, I was thrilled, and the carpet looks amazing. Pretty awesome results!
